Gosh as an American the idea of a free council home and free stuff... I am sort of on the Left (although sometimes I don't think I really am) and that just sounds...bizarre to me. I mean if people make actually judicious use of these freebies then cool, sometimes I am totally down with the idea of investing in people in hopes they turn around and generate more money for the state and economy. But what does the data reveal about these projects?
