Hi Monica, off topic from the article but I followed your advice and I started writing on News Break and have experienced immediate success. Thanks for putting the idea in my head! I've still yet to reach the 100 registered followers minimum to apply for monetization but I'm getting there. In the 24 hours that I've had my account I've gained 41 registered followers and 103 followers total. I'm not sure why there's a discrepancy between the two numbers and what they each mean, but anyway - thank you! Hopefully I'll actually make some money on that site, unlike here on Medium....
