I drank two glasses of wine last night with dinner and controlled myself, fortunately. My thing with alcohol is that I rarely start but when I do I can't just have one beer or one glass of wine. I don't do hard liquor at all, so that's out of the question. Two beers, maybe three if I'm feeling like it.

Good news is I quit smoking completely, though.
