I really hate embellishing my achievements. I have a tendency to just include everything, even scholarships that don't pertain to the job itself. You know what? It has helped me tremendously. When you share your accomplishments like scholarships you prove to the employer that you're willing to go above and beyond the expectations to seek what you want.

I mean those aren't necessarily flat out lies, just I put that stuff there for extra bonus points.
