I strongly advise to wait for Dr. Mehmet Yilniz's response. As for the CEO, he's being asked to pit against a major publication here. That would have disastrous PR consequences for everyone involved. I understand your frustration but everyone here smells bs on this lawsuit.
By the way, and I'm not sure if this is the time or place to share one of my own experiences, but a few years ago I got threatened with a lawsuit on Upwork by a client who accused me of trashing his reputation after I wrote a poor review of his company on the site. I didn't follow up and Upwork closed his account, citing harassment of a freelancer. Different sites, but similar premise, and I recommend a similar course of (non)action on your part.
