Hey so this is going to be a brief article about how USEFUL Facebook groups are. Initially I was a little suspicious of driving traffic from Facebook groups to my articles but it really works.

Much like Indigo’s R4R lists that she so generously compiles, these groups also encourage reciprocity. Plus since people are using their Facebook account you get more of a feeling that it’s a real person you’re interacting with. I don’t know why, but I find it adds a layer of intimacy being able to see more into their social media lives.
So without further ado I’ve linked the most useful Facebook groups for linking your articles! Some of these groups have rules like you can’t post anything unless you respond to a thread. Regardless, I find that people honor the reciprocity rules.
Also there’s an accountability factor that by saying you’ve read and clapped, writers will know if you really did from seeing your corresponding Medium account in their notifications.
